The aim of the survey was to explore whether the Serbian public sector was ready for entrepreneurial concept - through public sector employees’ awareness of the concept of entrepreneurship, as well as through the application of entrepreneurial practice in public enterprises and organizations. The results showed a low level of employees’ awareness of the entrepreneurship concept, as well as a low level of implementation of this concept in the public sector of Serbia. Abstract

Entrepreneurship in the public sector is a form of entrepreneurship which is currently being implemented in public companies, state and/or local government and public institutions. 塞尔维亚的公共部门准备好迎接创业概念了吗
