Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence between the principal's leadership and supervisory supervision on teacher work discipline through teacher work motivation as an intervening variable in the Office of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. This type of research is explanatory research and the research approach is quantitative. 校长领导的影响,监督监督通过工作激励对教师工作纪律的影响
摘要本研究以莫兰蒂群岛县朗桑区教育统筹办公室为研究对象,以教师工作动机为干预变量,探讨校长领导与督导监督对教师工作纪律的影响。这种类型的研究是解释性研究,研究方法是定量的。本研究人口均为莫兰蒂群岛县Rangsang区教育领域区域协调员的教师,共54人,样本采用人口普查抽样法确定为54人。采用文献资料法、文献法和问卷法收集数据,并采用偏最小二乘法进行分析。结果表明:被调查者对教师工作纪律、工作动机、领导和监督四个变量的评价为高,领导对工作动机有显著影响,监督对工作动机有显著影响,领导对工作纪律没有显著影响,监督对工作纪律有显著影响,工作动机对工作纪律有显著影响。领导通过激励对工作纪律没有显著影响,监督通过激励对工作纪律有显著影响。
