However, pharmaceutical logistics seems to be a recent concern in hospitals, due to the lack of medicinal products which can block the care service operation. So, health-care systems must be improved to cure dysfunctions and to be adapted to technological changes and contextual modifications. Thus, the choice of the best solution to organize flows of drugs between a hospital pharmacy and care services can be considered as a real problem of multicriteria decision making, where each decision maker expresses his preferences based on his own knowledge. Then, the extension of Promethee method by using model 2 tuples and the linguistic hierarchy, is largely likely to improve the quality of the evaluation and having for result a more realistic ranking which takes into account the inaccuracy of data.
