The problem in this research is related to the decision-making process in selecting laboratory assistant admissions. This study proposes a decision support model through a combination of the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods. The results of this study indicate that the proposed model can be adequately used in conducting the selection process for laboratory assistant admissions. In this study, the use of ROC gave the appropriate weighting criteria based on the importance of the criteria from the decision-maker. Abstract
