Klinik Bidan Ningsih merupakan klinik praktek mandiri yang telah beroprasi selama 30 tahun. Klinik bidan Ningsih tentunnya bergerak pada bidang Kesehatan yang di fokuskan untuk Ibu dan Anak. Pada saat ini sistem pencatatan stok, perhitungan stok, dan pembuatan laporan-laporan yang berkaitan dengan transaksi lainnya seperti laporan penjualan dan laporan pembelian pada Klinik Bidan Ningsih masih menggunakan cara manual, dimana hal tersebut sering memunculkan beberapa masalah, seperti ketidak akuratan data, hilangnya buku pencatatan, dan tentunya memakan waktu yang lama. Tujuan laporan tugas akhir ini ditulis untuk memfasilitasi pelayanan Klinik Bidan Ningsih dengan sebuah sistem informasi penjualan yang akan membantu mempersingkat waktu pencatatan stok, perhitungan stok, dan pembuatan laporan agar operasional klinik bisa berjalan lebih efektif. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Learning media with object detection and speech recognition features represent innovative approaches in facilitating the learning process. This research aims to increase student enthusiasm for learning and introduce new innovations for learning media in elementary schools, achieved through the implementation of the SREDO application. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) utilizing the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development & Disseminate). SREDO serves as a learning media application used for recognizing fruit names in English, accomplished either through student voice or direct scanning of fruit images. The media was developed using MIT App Inventor and Google Speech software. The research incorporates a series of evaluations to assess functionality, compatibility, and validity. Functionality testing is conducted through blackbox testing, yielding a 100% success rate, while compatibility testing with Firebase Test Lab on five different devices also achieves a 100% success rate. Expert evaluation by media specialists resulted in an 87% approval rating, indicating the validity and suitability of the media. Evaluation by a material expert, an English teacher, yielded a score of 89%, further affirming the media's appropriateness for learning objectives. The increasing number of new student registrations nowadays is a problem in itself for current educational institution administrators. Being able to interact with technology is a basic need for administrators of educational institutions. As one of the solutions, the CBT Computer Based Test concept is an option for current educational institutions. This cannot be separated from the problem of new student registration for Muhammadiyah 2 Middle School, which is currently classified as an institution that still does not utilize technology today. The aim of this research is to develop a new student admission process with the Computer Based Test (CBT) concept where the features in it can accommodate all the needs of the student admission process. Research using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was determined to be a comprehensive method to analyze and support this research. This research illustrates the conclusion that through the CBT concept the delivery of information and techniques for new student admissions can run effectively and efficiently. In terms of quality, this process helps schools analyze the qualities and weaknesses of prospective new students as well as supporting data for leaders to make valid decisions.

The development of information system technology in the field of education is growing rapidly. However, there are many schools that have not implemented it to manage their academic data. One of the educational institutions that have not implemented information technology is MTs Darul Manja. The design of the information system prototype in this study is to design a school information system that facilitates the school's academic management process. In the future, this research can develop school information systems, especially MTs Darul Manja. The User Centered Design (UCD) method is applied in this study because it focuses on system users as end users, so this method is considered appropriate for designing prototypes according to user needs. The UCD cycle begins with cycle planning, system usage context specification, requirements determination, design, and evaluation. The system evaluation process by users and using the SUS method to determine the usability of the system. The results of SUS testing on 5 testers obtained a result of 82 which is included in the excellent category in the first iteration, so that the design of the school information system has met user needs.

There are several issues related to the increasing prevalence of brands and types of drugs on the market, where each brand may have the same or different active ingredients and indications. In the rapidly evolving pharmaceutical environment, the need for automation in drug management is crucial. This is due to various factors, including the increasing volume of drugs, the complexity of pharmaceutical products, and the goal of improving efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. Nearsightedness is one of the eye disorders that quite interfere with daily life because the condition continues to change if not treated, one auxiliary tool is glasses. The use of glasses is not uncommon to quickly change because of the increasing minus and most sufferers are reluctant to re-examine the minus condition which increases due to time or cost. This study aims to find the best accuracy value from the application of extreme learning machines for nearsightedness detection and to help detect the amount of minus eye in patients. The method used in research is the Extreme learning machine (ELM) method. The choice of this method is due to how it works wel for processing data in the form of images and produces good accuracy. Penelitian ini memaparkan rancang bangun sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) berbasis web untuk membantu pemilik kucing dalam memilih makanan kucing dry food di Muffy Pet Shop. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi pemilihan makanan kucing yang tersedia di Muffy Pet Shop yang penuh dengan variasi merek dan komposisi nutrisi. Dengan akses melalui situs web, pemilik kucing dapat memasukkan preferensi dan kriteria, seperti komposisi nutrisi yang diinginkan, kandungan nutrisi, harga, jenis kucing dan usia kucing.
