Firstly, a model of the CCHP system is designed to describe the relationship of energy inputs and multiple outputs, which is connected with power grid and natural gas, and providing electricity, heat water and cool water. Then, on the basis of the proposed mathematical model of CCHP, multi-objective optimization model is put forward to allocate the CCHP capacity, which is focused on the maximum purpose of environmental and economic benefits. The optimal configuration model is supposed to meet the energy balance constraints, equipment capacity constraints and equipment operation constraints. Genetic algorithm NSGA-II is used to solve the optimization model to achieve the goal.
