安永输油管道防凝固(减阻)及安全经济运行技术方案研究
为解决安永输油管线的安全经济运行问题,进行了本课题的研究。该技术方案的研究和建立,实际上是原油管道工程设计的再优化设计,具有十分重要的意义和必要性。安永输油管道输送过程十分复杂,可变输送不安全、不节能已成常态,生产运行中严重缺乏基于变量和变温控制技术的运行,从2009年“3•14”凝露管道事故来看,安永输油管道在雪天和雨季运行中输送能力低的问题更加突出。给定的变量和基于操作的可变温度控制技术尤为重要。本文仅以中山川—景家坪段为例,以特别复杂的方式计算出不同季节不同输送能力下出站原油的温度指标,有助于指导安永输油管道的实际生产运行,根据不同季节原油的变化情况,控制不同季节出站或进站原油的温度。研究结果如下文表1、表2、表3所示。
