Abstract

Self-Excited Induction Generators (SEIGs) are increasingly used, in the distribution networks, as a key segment in the wind generation as Small Scale Embedded Generation (SSEG). The operation stability of stand-alone SEIG is constrained by the local load conditions, and that can be achieved by maintaining the load's active and reactive power at optimal values [1].
