To address the reliability issue in systems with distributed generation sources the financial mechanism is proposed. Abstract

The paper presents an overview of the cost-effective reliability improvement methods in power systems with renewables. The rapid development of Microgrids as part of the general power supply systems states the problem of choosing the optimal technologies for its composition. The cost-based approach is most efficient for Microgrids and distribution networks with distributed generation and energy stirage systems. The cost function for the Microgrid system depends on the mode of its operation. Microgrid buys electricity in the general network or sells the surplus to get income. 本文综述了可再生能源电力系统中经济有效的可靠性改进方法。微电网作为普通供电系统的组成部分,其快速发展提出了如何选择最优技术构成微电网的问题。基于成本的方法对于具有分布式发电和能源刺激系统的微电网和配电网是最有效的。微电网系统的成本函数取决于其运行模式。微电网从一般电网购买电力或出售剩余电力以获得收入。针对分布式发电系统的可靠性问题,提出了金融机制。该机制允许在其设计阶段以及运行期间解决所检查的能源系统的可靠性问题。
