A Study on the New Educational System of "Learning-Practicing-Innovating" in Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges from the Perspective of "Integration of Major and Innovation"

Abstract

Innovation serves as the very first driving force for both development and the strategic support for building and establishing a modern economic system. With the background of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation", application-oriented undergraduate colleges have broken the traditional talent cultivation and coaching model and thus further explored the talent cultivation and coaching model of "major and innovation integration". Regarding the current application-oriented undergraduate colleges’ "major and innovation integration" cultivation and coaching objectives are not closely connected with industrial innovation, the lack of support for professional and practical courses, and the imperfect evaluation system and management mechanism. With "learning" resembling strengthening the muscles and bones, this study studies the three dimensions of “practicing” to explore the truth and “innovation” to promote results, explore the new system of “Learning, Practicing and Innovating” education of “major and innovation integration”, and put forward the integration of industrial innovation and cultivation and coaching goals, followed by the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship projects ,as well as the curriculum systems, A talent cultivation and coaching model is built for integrates innovation and entrepreneurship platforms ,as well as the experimental cultivation and coaching courses, integrates evaluation standards for skills competitions and teaching quality evaluation standards [1].
