Abstract

A new information fusion is proposed in this paper. First, the concept of distance protection rough setting depending on sensitivity is defined. On this basis, the startup information of each segment in regional power grid can be obtained, and the state matrix of connection of regional grid can be constructed combined with network topology and circuit breaker state. Then, according to this state matrix, the protection startup recorded matrix can be built and the wide area fault identification criterion can be constructed.
