Abstract

This article aims to analyze the needs of coach for the implementation of extracurricular programs. The research is conducted by using a mixed-method; qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the research show that students need the professional coach for extracurricular programs in schools. 90% of parents, guardians of students, communities, teachers and students agree that the activity should be fostered by experts.
