Abstract

In the existing segmented suspension monorail-based wireless power supply system, some coupling mechanisms have low coupling performance, insufficient output power, and some are not flexible enough to pass through the transition node. In view of the above shortcomings, a new AUI type coupling mechanism is proposed in this paper, which has both high coupling ability and high flexibility. By theoretical analysis and experimental verification, it is proved that AUI type coupling mechanism has the characteristics of high coupling performance, high power density and high anti offset ability compared with the traditional E-type coupling mechanism. Under the same excitation and load change conditions, the relative power density of AUI type coupling mechanism is about 3.51 times that of E-type coupling mechanism, and the efficiency of AUI type coupling mechanism is 95.876%.
