For example, it has been found that in the present situation the employees in the banking industry in UAE are not motivated to enhance their performance. Regarding the issue of employee empowerment, further improvements have been suggested based on research findings. Finally, the relationship between the employee empowerment and employee performance has also been found of not having significant relationship in the present banking scenario.
