It was also noted that international documents in the field of interoperability have a number of shortcomings that complicate their application in the Russian legal field. An approach is proposed to ensure interoperability in the NCS based on the harmonization of the Russian standard GOST R 55062–2012 and documents of the international consortium NCOIC. The final product of the approach will be the new Russian standard GOST R “Information Technologies. Network-Centric Information and Control Systems. Abstract
The broad tendency of transition from the “classical” hierarchical architecture of information-control systems to network centric systems and the development of Network-Centric Systems (NCS) is noted. The increasing relevance of ensuring interoperability in the systems associated with this trend, is shown. It was also noted that international documents in the field of interoperability have a number of shortcomings that complicate their application in the Russian legal field.
