This article describes the application of machine learning methods to control the process of railway flaw detection. It is told about the new capabilities of computer technology, which make it possible to clarify the damage for the lineman. A new way of interaction of a specialist with diagnostic information using the Internet of Things is proposed. The description of architecture is given according to three standards at the design stage. An application for a smartphone has been developed. The effectiveness of using foggy computing environments and cloud technologies for recognizing damage to railway tracks using machine learning has been proven. Specific examples are given.

The article provides a study into highperformance, efficient and reliable adaptive motion control over an electro-hydraulic actuator (EHA) considering external load disturbance impacting the system. The article considers the dynamics of an electro-hydraulic system taking into account servo-valve flow-pressure curves. In addition to the non-linear nature of hydraulic dynamics, an electro-hydraulic flight control actuator system is defined by the limited uncertainty of model description and is subject to external load disturbance. The synthesis of an adaptive system, which ensures a higher quality movement of a flight control actuator under external load, is carried out by the method of Lyapunov functions. The research was carried out in the MATLAB/ Simulink software environment.

The data credibility tracing for agricultural product transactions is affected by all organizations in the entire supply chain. For traditional centralized product transaction management, the data are only stored in one organization in the supply chain, making transaction data management non-transparent and not credible. However, blockchain connects transaction information blocks into a tamper-proof and distributed chain ledger by Hash Function, which can help solve the problem. But the data access performance in blockchain still needs improvement. With Hyperledger Fabric as the underlying technology of the decentralized tracing system for agricultural products, and through improving system performance by Redis-based data structuring method, this study designed and implemented a complete chain tracing system from production, processing, package and logistics to sales of agricultural products. The study program not only introduced the design program and technological architecture of this system, but also evaluated the system performance under single-node and multi-node server environments. The experiment results show that the program integrating Hyperledger Fabric and Redis has a data access speed at least four times faster than that without Redis, especially for multi-node server, in which the performance improvement is over 20 times. Therefore, this design program can offer a feasible approach for improving system performance of the credibility tracing system of agricultural products.

Modern Industrial Automation & Control Systems (IACS) are essential part of the critical infrastructures and services. They are used in health, power, water, and transportation systems, and the impact of cyberattacks on IACS could be severe, resulting, for example, in damage to the environment, public or employee safety or health. Thus, building IACS safe and secure against cyberattacks is extremely important. The attacker model is one of the key elements in risk assessment and other security related information system management tasks. The aim of the study is to specify the attacker's profile based on the analysis of network and system events. The paper presents an approach to the selection of attacker's profile attributes from raw network and system events of the Linux OS. To evaluate the approach the experiments were performed on data collected within the Global CPTC 2019 competition.

The article discusses a mathematical model of a control system for exoskeleton electric drives with nonlinear elements. The development of a exoskeleton dynamic model includes five links with two legs and a body, taking into account non-linear electric drives as a control object. Modeling mechanical systems is an important step in the practical design and application of control systems. The nonlinear approach to modeling is due to the use of a control system for the exoskeleton electric drives in various conditions, which is a multi-mass rotating in two directions with nonlinearities of the viscous and Coulomb friction, elasticity. A method of subordinate control (SC) of exoskeleton nonlinear electric drives for tracking control of the exoskeleton joints trajectory is presented. Also, the results of the experiment on the Matlab / Simulink program were obtained to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

The results of the development of a computer system for processing big data and expert knowledge of multi-assortment production of polymeric films have been presented. The computer system is an effective tool that helps operators to make decisions on the polymeric film production control in a routine mode and in the event of a defect. It is adjusted to the characteristics of polymeric film production and allows making advices on the choice of controlling actions at the main stages of production, ensuring the specified quality of the polymeric film (in the routine mode) and entering quality indices into the regulatory restrictions (in the event of a film defect). The system integrates production data obtained from various sources (a SCADA system, a video monitoring system, a thickness gauge, etc.). The information ware of the system includes a bank of data and knowledge on polymeric film production characteristics. Mathematical models are used to calculate quality indices of intermediates (extrudate) and products (polymeric film) that are not monitored in production. Data mining methods are used to compress, cluster complete sets of measured and calculated data, and predict consumer characteristics of the film. Interfaces of managerial production staff are used to visualize the results of industrial information processing (trends in production parameters, 3D graphs of the dependencies of quality indices on controlling actions, areas for quality indices, advices on control). The results of testing the system according to the data of the productions of rigid polymeric films for pharmaceutical and food packaging on the extrusion-calendering lines of factories in Russia and Germany have confirmed the system operability. The effectiveness of the system application is due to increased efficiency of decision-making on control and ensuring resource saving in production by improving the quality of the polymeric film and reducing non-returnable waste (defective film).

An effective response against information security violations in the technical systems remains relevant challenge nowadays, when their number, complexity, and the level of possible losses are growing. The violation can be caused by the set of the intruder's consistent actions. In the area of countermeasure selection for a proactive and reactive response against security violations, there are a large number of techniques. The techniques based on graph models seem to be promising. These models allow representing the set of actions caused the violation. Their advantages include the ability to forecast violations for timely decision-making on the countermeasures, as well as the ability to analyze and consider the coverage of countermeasures in terms of steps caused the violation. The paper proposes and describes a decision support method for responding against information security violations in the technical systems based on the graph models, as well as the developed models, including the countermeasure model and the graph representing the set of actions caused the information security violation.
