That is why the purpose of this essay was to reflect on the bases of managerial thinking oriented to the ontological and epistemological aspects of the new human talent manager. After making the interpretation of the subject, it was possible to conclude that the above mentioned aspects allow the human talent manager to have a managerial training that covers the relationships or meaning of his being in the domain of his knowledge (ontological), while in the (epistemological), the organization validates the knowledge that the manager possesses in all areas, so that its importance for the growth of his human spirit is appreciated.
