Abstract
The direction of the electrical energy in the process of power consumption in the distribution grid – until the appearance of new renewable sources- was coming from a small number of large power plants (producers) toward the consumers. With the emergence of the production by Small Domestic Power Plants (SDPP) and E-mobility the load on the low voltage distribution grid lines changed significantly. Unexpected phenomenas appeared such as extreme voltage fluctuations. This paper deals with the extreme voltage fluctuations appearing in the low voltage distribution networks. The voltage fluctuation is considered in relation to the deviation from the fluctuation limits allowed by the Hungarian standard MSZ 477:2019. For the scientifical description of the extreme voltage fluctuations a new database system has been created containing the data required to formulate, describe, model and analyze the subject. The authors of this paper aim to develop and present in detail a mathematical model that deals in a complex way with the subject of extreme voltage fluctuations in the public distribution networks.
