The deep impact of Automotive Industry APP (AIAPP) on automotive industry was introduced with a digitization prospect after the analysis of definition and effects of Industry APP (IAPP). Main types of AIAPP were expounded with detail aiming at the application areas of AIAPP. Development elements of AIAPP were analyzed in detail from the point of digital upgrading of automotive industry. Major difficulties of developing AIAPP were summarized by dissecting process characteristic of the development and application of AIAPP.
