The results of the study are that teachers and students need learning media based on Sparkol VideoScribe to foster students' motivation and interest in writing and help students learn independently. The developed media includes general structure, linguistic features, and steps to write a fable text. The learning media validity test was validated by media experts with a score of 3.50, material experts with a score of 3.67, and linguists with a score of 3.00 with a maximum score of 4.00.
