ANALISIS PEMANFAATAN LABORATORIUM SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR AKUNTANSI DI SMK NEGERI 1 JEJAWI OKI 使用实验室分析作为欧洲国家SMK 1 JEJAWI OKI的会计学习资源

The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization of laboratories as a learning resource for accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Jejawi OKI. The sample in this study were 72 people. This research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires are arranged using a Likert scale. From the results of the study it is known that 83% positively utilize the laboratory as a learning resource at school, while 17% prefer to use books and modules as learning resources. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that schools can maximize the function of the laboratory as a learning resource, as well as improve facilities and infrastructure in the laboratory, both in terms of quantity and quality. So that it is expected to motivate students to be active in utilizing the laboratory as a source of learning accounting.

IMPROVING LISTENING COMPREHENSION BY USING (VOA) ENGLISH BROADCAST STUDENTS OF SMK NEGERI 3 KAYU AGUNG 通过使用(voa)英语广播提高SMK negeri学生的听力理解

This research was intended to investigate the use of VOA English broadcast for students’ listening comprehension. The subject of this research was ten grade Akuntansi of SMK Negeri 3 Kayuagung. The method of this article is a pre-experimental research with students of Akuntansi as the sample. The effect size (ES) calculation is 1.27 as the result; so it meant that improving listening comprehension by using VOA was effective. Based on the calculating the significances’ score of pre-test and post-test, the writer measured the effect size (ES) of the treatment. The average of pre-test was 5.00 and def. was 0.71. while the average of post-test was 8.13 and def. was 0.71. and standard deviation in both pre-test and post-test was 1.13 and it is categorized high. This findings can also be used as a references for teacher to improve students’ listening comprehension in teaching and learning process

This study explores the utilization of Google Forms for supervising teachers in conducting group guidance services, its impact on the services provided, and the facilitating and hindering factors at SMA Negeri 12 Jambi City. Employing a qualitative phenomenological research approach, the study outlines five stages involved in using Google Forms for group guidance: orientation/introduction, formation, transition, work, and final stage. The findings reveal that utilizing Google Forms brings about changes in rational thinking, self-motivation, self-confidence, and communication skills among supervising teachers. The supporting factors for implementing Google Forms include its practicality, effectiveness, and innovative use of technology in counseling activities within the independent curriculum. However, obstacles include slow wifi network, student distractions with cellphones, and a lack of emotional connection with students

This study aims to determine the significant influence of introductory accounting mastery, English vocabulary and computer laboratory facilities on learning outcomes of Peachtree accounting information systems for Unama students. The method used is data collection, namely documentation and tests, the data analysis method used is descriptive and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study also uses references from previous studies, namely location, object and dependent variable (y), which are different from previous research. The results of this study indicate that Mastery of introductory accounting, English vocabulary and computer laboratory facilities each have a partial effect on learning outcomes of the Peachtree accounting information system for Unama students, namely indicated by a significant value of 0.038 for the variable of introductory accounting mastery, 0.002 for the vocabulary variable English, and 0.022 for the variable laboratory facilities, each of which shows a value smaller than the significance value of 0.05.

VIDEOTAPED CHILDREN SONG: HOW TO USE IT IN ENGLISH YOUNG LEARNER CLASSROOM? 儿歌录像:如何在英语课堂中使用?

Though technology is advancing, English children songs are still favourable to use in the classroom activities, especially for young learners. Unlike books, audio recordings, and pictures, videotaped songs allow users to cover different learning styles simultaneously. To optimize this advantage, a teacher needs to know how “videotaped children song” can be applied in classroom activities. Therefore, this study aims at revealing the effective ways which users can do during the teaching and learning process. Qualitative design with library research method and descriptive technique was applied in this study so that the writer collected prominent information from primary resources available online or offline. All data were taken through document analysis. The writers found that videotaped children songs can help students in several ways, namely improving vocabularies and practicing the four skills. The study also described some potential problems of using videotaped songs in classroom and their possible solutions

The aims of this study is to describe the concept and theoretical framework, procedures, conceptual feasibility and practicality of developing learning videos on the procedures for tour guided ways for students of class XI SMKN 2 Jambi City. This research method is development research using the Dick, Carey, and Carey model. Data collection using Flowchart describes the stages of production that are used as a guide to compile a development schedule including: time, crew, place, equipment, and others as production support. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to analyse data from product development trials, particularly those related to mastery analysis of learning materials and learning media. Content and media analysis is used to process data obtained from expert content and plan reviews, media experts, and content experts.

This research was conducted to answer problems and provide solutions for schools based on the results of interviews and analysis of student needs. The purpose of this research is to produce a product and find out the feasibility of developing ppt-based interactive android application learning media on class VIII persuasive text material. This study uses a research and development approach or R&D (Research and Development) with data collection techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires. The test subjects involved 18 teachers/practitioners and class VIII students to assess the feasibility of learning media. The results of the material expert validation test were 95%, media experts were 97.5%, linguists were a percentage of 80%. The overall rating average is 90.8%, which is in the proper category to use. The results of the teacher's response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 97.5% and the student response questionnaire of 80.8% included in the appropriate category and could be used as a learning medium during the teaching and learning process in class

This study aims to determine the use of telegrams as online learning media in Bahasa Indonesia subjects, as well as the obstacles in using telegrams as learning media. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Rambang Kuang. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Collecting data using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. From the results of this study it is known that the telegram application is used as a medium for disseminating subject matter, delivering information, and evaluating student activity. However, there are obstacles in the use of telegrams for teachers and students, namely limited facilities, economic conditions, communication skills, skills in using learning technology, thinking skills, and learning interest. The efforts made to overcome these obstacles are (a) holding limited offline learning; (b) organizing training for teachers, (c) making independent worksheets; (d) improve communication skills; and (e) involve parents to play an active role in their children's online learning at home.
本研究旨在确定在印尼语科目中使用电报作为在线学习媒体,以及使用电报作为学习媒体的障碍。本研究在兰邦匡SMP Negeri 1进行。本研究采用现象学方法进行定性研究。使用观察、访谈、问卷调查和文件收集数据。从本研究的结果可知,电报应用程序被用作传播主题、传递信息和评估学生活动的媒介。然而,教师和学生在使用电报的过程中存在着设备、经济条件、沟通能力、使用学习技术的能力、思维能力、学习兴趣等方面的障碍。为克服这些障碍所做的努力是(a)进行有限的离线学习;(b)组织对教师的培训;(c)制作独立的工作表;(d)提高沟通技巧;(e)让家长在孩子在家的在线学习中发挥积极作用。

This paper discusses and analyzes the Integration of Multicultural Values ​​in Learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA PGRI 1 Palembang. Data collection methods or techniques used by researchers using observation, documentation, interviews. Data analysis in this study uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, data withdrawal, and conclusion drawing. This type of research is qualitative research.  As well as the validity test used by researchers using triangulation. The results of the study, that the integration of multicultural values in PAI learning has a great impact on preventing undersirable things from happening, such as bullying.
本文讨论并分析了在SMA PGRI 1巨港学习伊斯兰宗教教育(PAI)中的多元文化价值观的整合。研究人员通过观察、文献、访谈等方式收集数据的方法或技术。本研究的数据分析采用数据约简技术、数据呈现技术、数据提取技术和结论绘制技术。这种类型的研究是定性研究。以及研究者使用三角测量法进行的效度检验。研究结果表明,PAI学习中多元文化价值观的融合对防止欺凌等不良事件的发生有很大的影响。

KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS 教师的教学能力提高了学生在高中学习的兴趣

This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that (1) the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih has been carried out properly; (2) various efforts made by teachers in increasing students' interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as building communication with parents of students so that they can participate in learning, innovate and be creative in learning, and build a learning atmosphere as attractive as possible so that students do not feel bored; (3) there are factors faced by teachers in increasing students' interest in learning such as internet networks and economic factors.
本研究采用定性描述方法。数据收集是通过访谈、观察和记录进行的。数据分析技术是通过数据简化、数据呈现和得出结论来进行的。结果表明:(1)SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih的教师教学能力得到了适当的实施;(2)新冠肺炎疫情期间,教师为提高学生的学习兴趣所做的各种努力,如与学生家长建立沟通,让学生参与学习,在学习中创新和创造,营造尽可能有吸引力的学习氛围,让学生不感到无聊;(3)教师在提高学生学习兴趣方面面临着Internet网络、经济等因素。
