Abstract

The research team investigated the technology personnel and managers from photovoltaic enterprises in Jiangsu province by questionnaires from August to December of 2011. The paper establishes a Structural Equation Model of knowledge acquisition affecting technology innovation performance of photovoltaic enterprises (PV). The mechanism of model is verified by an empirical analysis based on the questionnaires. The results show that knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on technology innovation performance of PV enterprise. 光伏企业知识获取对技术创新绩效的影响研究——基于技术能力的中介效应和政府行为的调节效应
研究小组于2011年8月至12月对江苏省光伏企业的技术人员和管理人员进行问卷调查。本文建立了光伏企业知识获取影响技术创新绩效的结构方程模型。基于问卷的实证分析验证了模型的作用机制。研究结果表明,知识获取对光伏企业技术创新绩效具有正向影响。技术能力在知识获取与创新绩效之间具有部分中介作用。政府行为具有调节作用。政府研发补贴对企业研发投入的刺激作用具有杠杆效应,电力补贴对企业技术能力和创新绩效的提升作用具有驱动效应,但产业规划的调节作用不显著。
