Comparative analysis on financing models of innovative small and medium enterprises in France and in China 中法创新型中小企业融资模式比较分析

For now, innovative SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) have become an essential component of the economic fabric in various countries in the world. However, this type of enterprises has always had difficulty to fit into the conventional financial system. Difficulties in financing innovative SMEs have become a major obstacle to ensure their own survival and development in the long term. How to overcome the innovative SMEs' financing obstacles is still a major issue in the modern society and government's concern. Analyzing the financing modes of different growth stages for innovative SMEs in France, learning from the developed countries' success, for instance, France, compared with the financing modes for innovative SMEs in China, the present study proposes recommendation to overcome difficulties in financing for Chinese innovative SMEs.

Absorptive capacity and technology innovation: A system dynamics model 吸收能力与技术创新:一个系统动力学模型

This research is about the mechanisms and development of absorptive capacity and technology innovation of enterprises through cooperating with external organizations in the open innovative environment. System dynamics is applied to model this case. The conclusion is that, in the open innovative environment, the process of organizational cooperation and knowledge absorption indeed has a strong influence on the development of knowledge storage and technology innovation through interacting of various factors and relationships. And the influence can be effectively measured and actively controlled. Then, several policy alternatives to improve the system behaviour are conducted to test their functioning on the model.

Pricing and coordinating decisions of closed-loop supply chains with competing retailers collection 具有竞争零售商集合的闭环供应链定价与协调决策

This paper investigates a closed-loop supply chain system composed of one manufacturer, two competing retailers and one third-party, and discusses the third-party collection model and the competing retailer collection model. In order to study the collection channel performance and optimal pricing policies, we deal with two recycling models. The third-party and the competing retailers collect end-of-life products, the manufacturer subcontracts with third-party to engage in operating the collection of returned and obsolete products. The results show that the competing retailers collection model outperforms the third-party collection model when the third-party is a non-profit organization for recycling and disposing of used and obsolete products. Finally, we perform parameters analysis on performance of the two channel models. Numerical examples are presented to validate our theoretical results and compare channel performances.

The sort analysis and application of interval number DEA efficiency set model 区间数DEA效率集模型的分类分析及应用

The system relative Effectiveness evaluation under uncertainty factors is the frontier of DEA Theory, research on DEA model with fuzzy elements can help resolve problems of the uncertainty input-output in systematic evaluation. From the perspective of efficiency set, the paper studied the DEA evaluation when the inputs and outputs were interval numbers, and proposed an interval number DEA efficiency set model and its sort method. With the help of the research, we can sort DMUs when they were IDEA efficiency, IDEA fuzzy efficiency and IDEA non-efficiency. Besides, the paper analyzed the application of interval number DEA efficiency set model in business performance evaluation, and pointed out the attentions of evaluating, which can help managers to apply the IDEA model in business performance management better.

Grey multi-level risk evaluation of China's oil import 中国石油进口灰色多层次风险评价

The main purpose of this study is to reveal the influence factors of oil import to avoid the risk of oil import effectively. First, risk evaluation indices of oil import are screened and determined. Then the grey multi-level combination evaluation model is established. And it is used to evaluate the China's oil import risk. The evaluation results show that China's oil import risk is higher. The calculation leads us to the conclusion that the price risk and transport risk of China are both higher. Obviously, the main factors of China's oil import are price and transportation. So they are should be focused on in the future. It is necessary for us to take measures to avoid risks, to minimize the loss of imports, and to ensure China's oil import.

The jump characteristics of stock market from views of high frequency data 从高频数据看股票市场的跳跃特征

Based on the framework of non-parametric approach, the new jump variance and continuous sample path variance are constructed and the jump variance is modeled by combining A-J jump detection statistic. With high frequency data from Shanghai composite index, the empirical analyses are carried out from four aspects: the characteristics and contribution of jump variance, jump sizes and the relationship between economic information and jump. It turns out that the jump variance series show leptokurtic, heavy tail and volatility clusters; the contribution of jump variance to whole variance nearly equals for different sampling frequency; the positive jump and negative jump are asymmetric and the adjusted returns are nearly normal distribution by the single jump adjustments; the correlation between the jumps and economic information release is always positive.

A simulation-based method for evaluating the reliability of vehicle routing schemes in the vaccine delivery with vehicle breakdown 基于仿真的车辆故障情况下疫苗递送车辆路径方案可靠性评估方法

This paper introduces the vehicle routing problem of the vaccine delivery with vehicle breakdowns. In the delivery process of vaccines, a continuous low-temperature environment is required. Once any event that causes the temperature to rise happens during the whole process, the quality of vaccines cannot be assured, and even human lives that are injected by the vaccines are threatened. Therefore, this paper presents a method to evaluate the reliability of vehicle routing schemes in the vaccine delivery with vehicle breakdown. The method adopts the simulation idea and supposes breakdowns at every fixed time interval for each vehicle. When a supposed vehicle breakdown happens, a saving-based heuristic will be applied to generate a rescue scheme. Finally, the method was coded and run on one of the classical CVRP instances.

Influence of opinion leaders on dynamics and diffusion of network public opinion 意见领袖对网络舆论动态和扩散的影响

Network public opinion (NPO) has two mechanism to spread: internal spreading mechanism is the internal opinion evolvement process, which explores the mechanism of how NPO evolves from chaotic individual opinion at the initial moment to consensus, polarization, or clusterization; external spreading mechanism is the process of the external influence pervasion, which focus on how NPO spread from a few individuals to a broad range group in a short time. As a kind of distinctive individuals, opinion leaders have a major impact on both processes. This paper introduces a new model of continuous NPO dynamics with opinion leaders by modifying the Weisbuch-Deffuant model and analyzes the diffusion of NPO under the influence of opinion leaders based on SIR model and the complex networks. It is found that the NPO is more likely to be polarized when there're opinion leaders in the group especially when the leader's initial opinion is of great extreme, and as the rich nodes on the spreading networks of NPO, opinion leaders with the connection between them are of great importance in pushing the diffusion of NPO.

In this paper, we introduce the GQM model into software project progress measurement frame, which makes the software project progress controllable and prevision. Here has fully explained GQM model, while introducing the software measurement steps. And, based on a factual Gantt chart, this paper has finished a series of particular GQM measurement plan and measurement structure. Consequently, a measurement indicator is got, analyzing and summarizing the measurement results. Well, it is provided that all of this paper is greatly valuable for the software practicable activities.

Optimal ordering decision in low carbon supply chain with fuzzy demand, allowable shortage and product return 需求模糊、允许缺货和产品退货的低碳供应链最优订货决策

As environmental awareness increases, buyers today are learning to purchase goods and services from suppliers that can provide them with low cost, high quality, and at the same time, with environmental responsibility. The main purpose of this paper focuses on a fuzzy mathematical nonlinear programming approach to model a low carbon supply chain ordering decision problem with fuzzy demand, allowable shortage and product return. Many conceptual and analytical models have been developed for addressing the ordering problem, but they hardly considered the environmental sustainability of a supply chain and other reality conditions. Based on credibility theory, this paper presents three fuzzy mathematical programming models to select the appropriate suppliers and allocate order quantities, addressing the carbon emission, fuzzy demand, product return and shortage issues, in order to match reality more exactly. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed models.
