In this technique, the defects of the other inductive displacement transducers have been eliminated. The theory of operation of the proposed transducer has been described. The developed transducer has been functionally tested and experimental results are reported in the paper. Abstract
Inductance type displacement transducer is generally of two types LVDT type and simple self inductance type.
