Based on the workflow of this monitoring system, it is divided into five functional modules: 1)video detection systems, fiber optic detection system, Lamb guided wave detection system, 2) comprehensive analysis, 3) management of maintenance plan, 4) knowledge base/expert database, 5) reporting system. Abstract

Turnout is a weak link in railway track and its structure is complex, so it is necessary to use advanced technology to monitor rail damage of the turnout zone. 高速铁路道岔钢轨损伤综合监测系统
道岔是铁路轨道的薄弱环节,其结构复杂,有必要采用先进的技术对道岔区钢轨损伤进行监测。本文对现有的各种监测方法进行了研究,综合了光纤光栅、光学成像和兰姆导波三种方法,实现了钢轨损伤的复合监测。同时考虑了各监测技术参数之间的相互关系和相互作用,综合处理了来自不同信息源的数据,对被检测对象的状态进行了准确的估计和评价。根据本监控系统的工作流程,将其划分为5个功能模块:1)视频检测系统、光纤检测系统、兰姆导波检测系统、2)综合分析、3)维护计划管理、4)知识库/专家库、5)报告系统。该监控系统已安装在铁路现场,并进行了初步测试,验证了其可行性和可靠性。
