Reliability Prediction of Machining Center using Grey System Theory and GO Methodology 基于灰色系统理论和GO方法的加工中心可靠性预测

According to the fact that the existing reliability prediction technology cannot well reflect the effect of processes under different operational conditions on reliability due to neglecting changes of reliability and failure rate with using time, a practical reliability prediction analysis model considering various operating conditions of the components of machining center is proposed by combining the grey system theory and the GO methodology. This method is used in reliability prediction of hydraulic system of tray automatic exchange device (TAED) in machining center. Firstly, through a systematical analysis of hydraulic system of TAED in machining center, its basic structure model is summarized, and the model of GO chart for the hydraulic system is established. Then, the grey dynamic prediction for the hydraulic system is derived based on GM(1, 1) model combining the GO methodology. Finally, the availability and precision of this method in the analysis and reliability prediction of the hydraulic system of TAED in machining center is verified by comparing the calculated result of this method with that of the traditional static GO methodology and the FTA. This approach provides a theoretical basis for the prevention of failures of the hydraulic system of TAED in machining center, the improvement of the system reliability and security, and the development of security controls.

Management Essentials for Urgent Repair of Highway after Disaster -- Taking a Tunnel of a Highway as an Example 公路灾后抢修的管理要点——以某公路隧道为例

In recent years, various disasters have taken place frequently, and then highway blocking has happened from time to time. In order to be open to traffic as soon as possible, the project management should take the corresponding measures not consistent with the normal construction. This paper mainly studied the project management of urgent repair of highway after disaster(This paper uses "this kind of project"), analyzed the characteristics of urgent repair of highway after disaster, main tasks of project management, and proposed the measures to improve the ability and level of project management of this kind of project based on the actual situations and project management experience, so as to perfect the this kind of project and create greater benefits for people.
近年来,各种灾害频繁发生,公路堵塞时有发生。为了尽快通车,项目管理应采取与正常施工不一致的相应措施。本文主要研究了公路灾后抢修项目管理(本文采用“该类工程”),分析了公路灾后抢修的特点、项目管理的主要任务,结合实际情况和项目管理经验,提出了提高该类工程项目管理能力和水平的措施,使该类工程更加完善,为人们创造更大的效益。

Design and Development of Man-Machine Interface for UPFC-FCL UPFC-FCL人机界面的设计与开发

Unified power flow control with fault current limiting (UPFC-FCL) is a novel FACTS device which can protect the series converter from being destroyed by fault current of the system. In this paper, man-machine interface (MMI) based on NI Measurement Studio with Microsoft Visual Studio is proposed, which can monitor the status and adjust the parameters of UPFC-FCL when it is running. The data is transferred between MMI and controller via USB. The test results indicate that the MMI illustrated in this paper has a friendly interface with rich functions such as status monitor, running control, fault feedback, operation record and data analysis.

Quantitative Retrieval of Chlorophyll-a Concentration of Taihu Lake Based on Satellite HJ-1Multispectral Data 基于hj -1卫星多光谱数据的太湖叶绿素a浓度定量反演

With combination of satellite HJ-1 multispectral CCD data and synchronous ground monitoring data on water quality, combining the visible light red band (select the one that has a high correlation with measured chlorophyll-a concentration) and near-infrared band, this paper takes Band4/Band3 as arguments, establishing linear model and multinomial model respectively, furthermore makes a comparative analysis of them. The results show that the band combination method for inversion is feasible, based on the comparison of the two models, it is concluded that polynomial model has better effect. And by using ArcGIS software and polynomial modelmakes chlorophyll-a concentration profile.

SAR Automatic Target Recognition Based on Shadow Contour 基于阴影轮廓的SAR目标自动识别

Due to special imaging mechanism, shadow contour of SAR image is not as clear as that of optical image. Aiming at target recognition, this paper presents a SAR image segmentation method based on Partial Differential De-noising and Marker-Controlled, and carries out automatic target recognition on result of image segmentation. Experimental results show that, using the method of this paper, segmentation result of SAR image can classify target effectively.

Expressway Emergency Resources Demand Forecasting Based on Neural Network 基于神经网络的高速公路应急资源需求预测

Expressway traffic accidents seriously threaten the personal property security. And emergency resources are the basis and premise of accident rescue. Thus the emergency resource demand prediction of expressway is of great significance. The influence factors of emergency resource demand is analyzed in this paper, and neural network programming is carried out on the highway emergency resource demand. Finally, combining trained of neural network and case analysis, it achieves emergency resource demand projections for the new case of the emergency center. The results show that the BP neural network can form the inherent law of highway emergency resource demand after training, self-learning and self-adaptation, and the results can meet the prediction error precision. So the results of neural network prediction can provide scientific allocation of expressway emergency resource with reasonable reference.

Groundwater Pollution in and Around a Paper Wastewater-Irrigated Area, Northwest China 西北某造纸废水灌区及其周边地下水污染

Groundwater samples were collected from 87 monitoring wells in and around a paper wastewater-irrigated area. The monitored parameters include pH, COD, Cl-, SO42-, F-, TDS, TH, NH4-N, NO3-N and NO2-N. Water quality variation was examined by graphical approach and R mode cluster analysis. The study shows that groundwater in the study area has been contaminated. Most physiochemical parameters usually have high variations in concentration. Groundwater pollution in the forest area is mainly caused by CODMn, NO2-N, NO3-N and F-, while groundwater pollution in the alluvial plain may be attributed to excess TDS, TH, F- and NO2-N. Elevated concentrations of CODMn, NO2-N, NO3-N is due to anthropogenic intervention, while TDS, TH, pH and Fmay be influenced more by natural processes.

The ordered and unblocked information flow is an essential characteristic and goal for smart grid whilst the adapter is a key technology for heterogeneous system integration and information exchange. With the rapid development of IEC 61968 and Information Exchange Bus (IEB), the current adapter implementation profile can't fulfill the requirement of inter-operation in smart distribution grid. This paper illustrates the concept of adapter and its role in information exchange model of IEC 61968 standard, and proposes a six-layer function framework for IEB and heterogeneous systems. In the facet of heterogeneous systems, it proposes the three-layer function framework and implementation profile including adaption for web services, adaptation for business interfaces and adaption for IEC 61968 messages. In the facet of IEC 61968 standard based IEB, it proposes another three-layer function framework and implementation profile consist of adaptation for asynchronous exchange pattern, adaptation for plug & play and adaption for information flow control.

Progress in Flood Risk Assessment at Regional Scale 区域尺度洪水风险评估研究进展

Global climate changes and human activities have a profound impact on disaster environment and formation mechanism of waterlogging disaster, exacerbating the uncertainty of waterlogging disaster and highlighting complexity and difficulty coping with the water disasters of farmland. A large number of researches on risk assessment and prediction of flood disaster have been carried out at home and abroad, and this study concluded the research progress of this direction in recent years in terms of six aspects including the connotation of disaster risk, comprehensive assessment of flood risk based on index system, the numerical models of flood disaster risk assessment, the regularity analysis of different carriers, the influence of environment changes on flood disaster risk and uncertainty of flood disaster and finally analyzed problems in the research and the future directions of development.
全球气候变化和人类活动对内涝灾害的灾害环境和形成机制产生了深刻影响,加剧了内涝灾害的不确定性,凸显了农田水害应对的复杂性和难度。国内外对洪涝灾害风险评估与预测进行了大量的研究,本文从灾害风险内涵、基于指标体系的洪涝风险综合评价、洪涝灾害风险评估数值模型、不同载体的规律性分析、洪涝灾害风险预测等六个方面总结了近年来该方向的研究进展。环境变化对洪涝灾害风险的影响和洪涝灾害的不确定性,最后分析了研究中存在的问题和未来的发展方向。
