Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify cold water immersion therapy for post-exercise recovery. The method used is a literature study or systematic literature review. This data collection uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) method. Based on the results of the literature review, the core of cold therapy is to absorb calories from the local area of ​​​​injury so that there is a decrease in temperature.
