This research proposes a model that integrates the technology acceptance model (TAM) with the task-technology fit (TTF) model to investigate ERP systems usage. An empirical study was conducted to analyse the data. The data were analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) techniques to evaluate the strength of the hypothesised relationships. The results strongly support the extended TAM in predicating employees’ utilisation of ERP systems. This research also finds that the TTF model is a valuable addition to TAM for ERP systems tasks. Abstract
