The results showed no difference in the happiness level of the teachers of the government and private schools, and happiness significantly impacts the psychological well-being of teachers moderated by self-esteem. The study further mentions the limitations and future recommendations. Abstract

The present study was conducted upon 170 government and private school teachers of Punjab, India.
