Abstract
The problems of sound signal transmission and storage are considered. It is shown that the existing systems do not provide signal transmission with natural dynamic range. The algorithms used to compress and restore the audio signal lead to distortions and increase the signal-to-noise ratio only relative to the noise in the pause.
