Abstract

As influências teóricas do Platonismo sobre a Psicanálise Resumo: Este artigo traça uma analogia entre a alma tripartite da teoria platônica e as três instâncias do aparelho psíquico freudiano. Compara também as proximidades entre o eros e a libido, ressaltando, assim, as influências do pensamento de Platão sobre a teoria de Freud. Embora Freud tenha citado as obras de Platão e seja possível detectar a semelhança entre as duas teorias da personalidade, o primeiro restringe a sua teoria ao âmbito das ciências naturais, enquanto o segundo a situa em altíssimos cumes metafísicos. Theoretical influences of Platonism on the psychoanalysis Abstract: This article draws an analogy between the tripartite soul of Platonic theory and the three instances of the Freudian psychic apparatus. He also compares the proximity between eros and libido, thus highlighting the influences of Plato's thinking on Freud's theory. Although Freud has quoted Plato's works and its possible detect the similarity between the two theories of personality, the first restricts it to the scope of the natural sciences, while the second places it in very high metaphysical summits.
