Relations for matching filter inductance for piezoelectric transducer working at the serial and parallel resonance frequencies are calculated analyzing the expression for the input impedance. Inappropriate use of L-type filter for piezoelectric transducer working at the serial resonance frequency is shown theoretically. The possibility of piezoelectric transducer operating mode with independent of the mechanical load amplitude of mechanical vibrations is given. Abstract

The work of L-type matching filters for different methods of detecting the PLL feedback signal and the filter parameter influence on oscillation amplitude of piezoelectric transducer are investigated in this research. l型匹配滤波器参数的研究
研究了l型匹配滤波器对不同锁相环反馈信号检测方法的工作原理,以及滤波器参数对压电换能器振荡幅度的影响。设计了由滤波器和压电换能器组成的具有机械电阻负载的四极子等效方案。通过对t型等效电路的分析,得到了压电换能器输入滤波器阻抗和振荡幅值随输入电压幅值的表达式。通过分析输入阻抗表达式,计算了压电换能器在串并联谐振频率下的滤波器电感匹配关系。从理论上说明了在串联谐振频率下工作的压电换能器使用l型滤波器的不当性。给出了与机械载荷无关的压电换能器工作模式的可能性。实验结果证实了数学模型的充分性。
