Efficiency of filter synthesis under additional constraints with group-complementary properties 具有群互补性质的附加约束下滤波器的合成效率

The efficiency of optimization sets of filters for given set of waveforms for extraction of signals from interfering radar reflections are considered. The optimization is provided under additional constraints on range resolving performance and signal-to-noise ratio losses with different limitations on the memory and the width of the pass-band of the filter. Optimizing filters for given waveforms are created the sets with group-complementary properties, which are extensions of Golay complementary sequence concept on mismatched case.

Coaxial-slot antenna array with different lengths of radiators 具有不同长度散热器的同轴槽天线阵列

Antenna devices are the integral part of the modern telecommunication systems. Radiating cables in the form of slot array cut in a coaxial cable shield are widely used as the antenna devices working in tunnels, mines, skyscrapers, on moving vehicles and other structures with a high degree of a shielding. Significant advantages of such systems include: a simplicity of radiator excitation, broad operating waveband, cable flexibility, absence of protruding parts, and low cost. The present paper is aimed at studying of electrodynamic characteristics of a coaxial-slot antenna. Dependencies of the energy and directional characteristic upon geometrical parameters of the antenna array will be presented. The problem solution and method to control radiation and reflection coefficients, amplitude and phase distributions, and radiation patterns of the coaxial-slot antenna by modifying the slots lengths are described.

The QoS solution of traffic management based on the dynamic tensor model in the coordinate system of interpolar paths and internal node pairs is presented. The conditions of ensuring QoS-routing for different flows classes along multiple paths for the set of metrics as the packet rate and average packet end-to-end delay are expressed. The research results demonstrated that it is important to take into account the dynamics of network state changes in the conditions of high utilization of its interfaces, when the average packet end-to-end delay along the network paths behaves nonstationary.

High-efficiency power amplifier for narrowband complex signal with AM and PM 窄带调幅和调幅复合信号的高效功率放大器

This paper proposes an amplifier based on EER system which allows to effectively amplify a complex narrowband signal with both amplitude and phase modulation. The high efficiency is achieved by way of using the class-S amplifier in RF carrier path and the class-S amplifier in LF envelope path. The proposed amplifier was calculated, modelled and experimentally tested. It has demonstrated high efficiency with good linearity.

Structural synthesis of phase locked loop of synchronized oscillator 同步振荡器锁相环的结构合成

The present study provides the research results related to the further improvement of the combined phase locked loop control systems with the controlled element - voltage controlled oscillator. The carried out research aimed at development of a tracking system that improves the basic performance indices in tracking meters used in radar location systems, radio navigation systems, communication and other wireless devices and systems of receiving and processing signals with the regular slow-varying frequency component, referred as the Doppler signals, generated during normal-mode interference.

Evaluation on dependence of Josephson junction generation linewidth from its geometrical dimensions and critical current 约瑟夫森结生成线宽与几何尺寸和临界电流的关系评价

Background. One of the most important characteristics of generators based on Josephson junctions is the power spectral density of phase noise. A number of theoretical and experimental studies showed the spectral shape of generation line is Lorentzian and its width is tens or even hundreds of megahertz. Such form of generation line and its relatively large width complicate usage of Josephson junctions in high sensitivity receivers. Objective. Problem of investigation the possibility to reduce generation linewidth and increase an output power is of current interest. In this context, the aim of this work is to study the dependence of Josephson junction generation linewidth from its geometrical dimensions and critical current. Methods. This article was written by means of usage the operator calculation method and mathematical analysis to construct mathematical models and obtain graphical dependences. Results. Studies showed the generation linewidth decreases with an increase of Josephson junction width due to reduction in differential resistance of junctions. A magnification of critical current value leads to enlargement of generation linewidth since current of both normal electrons and Cooper pairs grows and this dependence is linear. Conclusions. The analytical dependence of Josephson junction generation linewidth from its geometrical dimensions and currents of normal electrons and Cooper pairs were first obtained. Comparison of obtained dependencies with experimental results described in other works confirmed an authenticity of developed mathematical models.

Optimization of data access in tiered storage 分级存储的数据访问优化

The specifics of data access in multi-tiered data storage are considered. The problem of data blocks optimal allocation with taking in consideration the technical characteristics of storage tiers and applications requirements is formulated. Three models for different variants of data storage types, user requests and expenses minimization policies are proposed. Methods for solving these problems were described. The variant of genetic algorithm to determine the optimal allocation of data blocks onto different tiers of data storage is developed. Principles of implementation for cases with file system virtualization and databases with and without table partitioning are described.

In this paper the results of layout design and circuit-topological computer simulation of some elements of analytical microsytem-on-chip with the “silicon-on-insulator” (SOI)-structures are presented. These elements were: an input cascade, a basic element of operational amplifier and a ring oscillator based on standard bulk CMOS technology and CMOS technology with the SOI-structures. Also the polysilicon-on-insulator resistive elements were studied in the wide temperature range. Such elements can be used as regular elements matrix for analog and digital signal processing in the integrated circuits and initial processing of analytical information microsystem-on-chip or as sensitive elements of the intellectual sensors of microsystem-on-chip.
