We calculated the defect rate and the qualified rate. Result. A total of 188 blood transfusion records were found to have varying degrees of defects. The proportion of defective records was 30.2%, 43 records among them had more than two defects, the proportion of defective records was 6.92%, a total of 352 defects were found, and statistics of the unqualified rate of each aspect were obtained. Abstract
