This method has high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, non-contact measurement and fast response. Abstract

In order to ensure the safety of torpedo tank car in the transportation of the molten iron, the derailment feature analysis technology based on Eddy Current Sensor is proposed. 基于涡流传感器的铁水运输脱轨特征分析
为了保证鱼雷坦克车在铁水运输过程中的安全,提出了基于涡流传感器的鱼雷坦克车脱轨特征分析技术。本文采用基于涡流传感器(ECS)的非接触式测量方法重构了车轮对与轨道的接触关系。开发了机车脱轨隐患预警系统,对机车紧急制动进行控制,达到预防脱轨的目的。该方法具有灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强、非接触式测量、响应快等特点。不受油、水等介质的影响。
