In this paper, combined with the assessment system of virtual simulation of communication principle course, the course Civic elements are incorporated into the assessment system, the virtual simulation teaching effect assessment model based on extended cloud is adopted, the teaching effect assessment index system is constructed, the evaluated elements and the standard cloud model are determined, the correlation degree is calculated according to the characteristics of precise and fuzzy indexes, the correlation degree matrix of assessment is formed, and the index weights are determined through hierarchical analysis. Thus, the virtual simulation teaching effect assessment grade is obtained. Abstract
