Abstract
Based on the results of the analysis of the national and regional innovation systems of the Russian Federation, key directions for the transformation of the innovation management system are proposed. The concept of updating integration processes in the innovation environment and the form of its practical implementation – the local innovation system is proposed, and a graphical model of interaction of subjects of innovation activity in the local innovation system is presented.
