Abstract
The maintenance strategy of large equipment has always been a hot spot. Choosing an appropriate maintenance strategy is important for the entire production system. Set the equipment failure probability to obey the Weibull distribution, and the equipment failure probability can be used to judge the entire equipment failure situation. Two different maintenance strategies are set by using CM combined with general PM and PM with replacement of important parts of equipment.
