Event-driven systems can be modeled and implemented by Unified Modeling Language (UML) state chart. However, with the increase of complexity of the state chart diagram has a serious effect on code generation and code coupling. This paper presents a pattern-based approach to generate code from the UML state chart diagram. Firstly, a novel design pattern is exploited for the implementation of the state diagram which includes hierarchical, concurrent, and history states. The proposed pattern is an extension of state pattern by using the concept of object composition and delegation. Secondly, the mapping rules are defined for correspondence to the new pattern. Then, the code templates are customized by complying with the mapping rules. Finally, The effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper is analyzed based on the case of a microwave oven control system.

The maintenance strategy of large equipment has always been a hot spot. Choosing an appropriate maintenance strategy is important for the entire production system. Set the equipment failure probability to obey the Weibull distribution, and the equipment failure probability can be used to judge the entire equipment failure situation. Two different maintenance strategies are set by using CM combined with general PM and PM with replacement of important parts of equipment. By comparing the frequency of equipment failures and maintenance costs in different maintenance strategies, suggestions are made for the selection of maintenance strategies.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the collection and distribution system of ports freight has been a certain impacted. In this paper, the bulk cargo transportation volume of Guangzhou Port is taken as the research object, and the seasonal ARIMA model is applied to forecast the bulk cargo volume in 2020. The predicted result is regarded as the standard value without being impacted by the COVID-19. After comparing with the actual value in 2020, the impact index is calculated, which reveals that at different stages of this pandemic the bulk cargo transportation in Guangzhou Port has been affected in some way. In particular, during February and March 2020, because of the rapid spread of COVID-19 and Spring Festival, bulk freight volume transported by highway and railway in Guangzhou Port suffered grievously. The freight volume of coal and grain in Guangzhou Port also showed different fluctuations due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020. In view of the impact situation of the bulk cargo transportation in Guangzhou Port, suggestions are put forward for the management of port collection and distribution in the post-pandemic era.

In order to measure the efficiency of energy conservation and emission reduction in the nine major cities in the Pearl River Delta region, through in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of energy conservation and emission reduction in the Pearl River Delta region, establish a comprehensive consideration indicator system of total energy consumption, investment in fixed assets, investment by social workers, expected output and undesired output. Based on the super-efficiency SBM model and the Malmquist index model, an empirical study on the static and dynamic efficiency of energy conservation and emission reduction in nine cities in the Pearl River Delta from 2008 to 2018 was carried out. The results showed: (1) The longitudinal comparison of the super-efficiency SBM analysis results showed that the energy-saving and emission-reduction efficiency of the Pearl River Delta region presented an overall upward trend. The horizontal comparison found that the energy-saving and emission-reduction efficiencies of the nine major cities showed significant differences during the study period. (2) Malmquist dynamic analysis showed that the energy-saving efficiency of the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta presented a steady upward trend as a whole, and the energy-saving and emission reduction efficiency values of the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta are all positively increasing.

Aiming at the risk propagation problem in the evolution of the supply chain, this paper proposes a two-layer dynamic evolution model under the vision of hyper-network. The upper layer of the model is the social network described by the hyper-network, and the lower layer of the model is the supply chain risk propagation layer described by an activity-driven network. Considering the impact of warning information on the supply chain risk propagation, by using the Micro-Markov Chain Approach, a detailed theoretical analysis is carried out on the number of links and the inter-layer parameters of the model. The simulation results show that several links to the nodes on the risk propagation layer and the infection rate promote risk propagation, the influence parameters of the information layer on the risk layer and the recovery rate inhibit the spread of risk. The correctness of the theoretical analysis and the reliability of the model are further verified by Matlab simulation.

With the frequent occurrence of global emergencies, emergency management under disaster is facing great challenges. As an important rescue support measurement, the emergency logistics system (ELS) faces vulnerability problems due to the interference of external factors and instability of the internal factors. In order to solve the problem of vulnerability of ELS, this paper builds a comprehensive vulnerability evaluation index system of emergency logistics system on the basis of DPSIR model (Driving force, Pressure, State, Impact and Response). While this paper proposes a vulnerability evaluation model of ELS based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Method, and conducts a case study to verify the feasibility with the data of Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2019. The empirical results show that the vulnerability of the emergency logistics system in Shaanxi Province is decreasing year by year, which indicates that the responsive capability of the ELS in Shaanxi Province is gradually improving. The study provides a new insight to estimate the vulnerability of emergency logistics and increase the responsive capacity of the system. Keywords-vulnerability; emergency logistics system; DPSIR model; fuzzy matter-element model

With the development of China's economy, the scale of air transport industry is getting larger and larger, and its carbon emissions are growing faster. Analyzing the influencing factors of the carbon emissions in air transport industry can provide a reference for the government to make policies of controlling the carbon emissions in air transport industry. Based on the calculation of the carbon emissions in China's air transport industry from 1998 to 2019, this paper adopts Laspeyres complete index decomposition method to analyze the influencing factors of the carbon emissions in air transport industry. The results show that economic output effect, transportation intensity effect and population size effect all play a positive role in promoting the growth of the carbon emissions in air transport industry. Among them, economic output effect provides the strongest promotion, followed by transportation intensity effect, and population size effect provide the least promotion. However, the energy intensity effect can restrain the carbon emissions in air transport industry.

With the further development of economic globalization, transnational supply chain is faced with three bottom line principles. Enterprises need to take social benefits into account while pursuing economic benefits. Cause-related marketing is an effective way for enterprises to improve corporate image, undertake social responsibility and obtain economics benefits at the same time. In this paper, we consider a two-echelon transnational supply chain structure composed of an overseas manufacturer and a domestic retailer, and both the manufacturer and the retailer can perform cause-related marketing. By comparing the size of equilibrium solution under the two scenarios, we analyze the impact of tariff and consumer public welfare preference on the results. The results show that the retailer's CRM level in RCRM scenario is higher than that in the MCRM scenario. The tariff will reduce the channel profit, and the consumer's preference for public welfare will improve the channel profit, the retailer's implementation of CRM will bring more profit to the supply chain. Keywords- Cause-related marketing, Supply chain management, Public welfare preference, Game theory

Based on the social exchange theory, this research uses partner power as the moderating variable to explore the relationship between the trust, commitment, and mutual dependencies among organizations. This research proposes an integrated conceptual framework and conducts empirical research on procurement personnel of medical institutions. There are 321 valid questionnaires. The research results show that: 1. The higher the medical institution's awareness of social exchange characteristics, it will have a higher attitude of trust and commitment to its suppliers, and deepen its dependence on suppliers. 2. The relationship among trust, commitment and dependency. After the medical institutions trust their suppliers, they must first establish and maintain the commitment of long-term relationship, and then the trust to the supplier will generate dependency through commitment. 3. In the buying and selling relationship, social exchange characteristics often show a positive relationship with the partner dependency. Once the medical institution feels that the partner has high power, the higher the communication and partner reputation, the medical institution will instead try to reduce the dependency on partners and get rid of the disadvantage of being controlled. 4. In the case of high partner power, the power of the supplier can affect the decision or behavior of the medical institution, and high power dependency will also make social exchange characteristics (anticipated benefits, communication, partner reputation) have an inhibitory effect on dependency.

Mixed-ownership reform is an important strategic deployment in the current reform of state-owned enterprises, aiming to achieve complementary advantages of both through the introduction of non-state-owned shares, thereby enhancing the economic and social benefits of state-owned enterprises. In the context of SOEs undertaking mixed ownership reform, this paper examines the impact of two major factors on the performance level of listed SOEs, namely, whether SOEs are reformed with or without mixed ownership and R&D investment. Firstly, the relevant literature is collated and analyzed. Then, this paper puts forward relevant hypotheses. Finally, this paper uses 161 state-owned listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares that underwent mixed ownership reform from 2010 to 2020 as the research sample, and uses Stata16 software to establish panel data for empirical analysis to empirically test the impact of mixed ownership reform and R&D investment in state-owned enterprises on the performance of state-owned enterprises. The study shows that: (1) Under the innovation-driven context, the mixed ownership reform of SOEs has a significant positive impact on firm performance. (2) R&D investment plays a partly mediating role in the relationship between SOE mixed ownership reform and business performance.
