Abstract
In this work, the asymptotic stability of uncertain linear delta operator systems in the presence of time-varying delays is studied. the three-term approximation approach is applied to approximate the time-varying delay, then, by employing discrete Wirtinger-based inequality and scaled small gain theorem, a new set of sufficient conditions is obtained in the form of linear matrix inequalities.
