By analyzing individual ‘moving stories’, the contribution proposes a view on this form of migration that aims at an understanding of the ‘multiplicity of place’ and thus of an important dimension of border experiences and regional identification processes. Abstract
Relocating one’s home to the other side of a national border is a practice of border crossing that is currently gaining in importance in (European) borderlands.
