Abstract

The FlexCore processor is the resulting implementation of an exposed datapath approach conceptualized in the FlexSoC programme. By way of a crossbar switch interconnect, all execution units in a FlexCore datapath can potentially communicate, allowing the inherent hardware parallelism to be utilized.
