Abstract
This study conducted and analyzed an online class satisfaction survey for students who experienced online classes in the Chinese conversation subject in a pandemic situation.
In the survey, online classes were divided into two types: real-time interactive classes and video providing classes, and each satisfaction was investigated to find out their advantages and disadvantages.
As a result of the survey, students preferred face-to-face classes the most, followed by well-made non-face-to-face video classes. Real-time interactive classes were not much preferred.
Based on the results of these surveys, it is expected that it will be helpful to improve learners’ efficiency in the future if problems are identified and reflected in lecture production by referring to students’ needs.
