Abstract
The complexity of the construction industry development was always defined (in addition to other problems) by the great number of participants of construction who directly or indirectly participate in construction production and affect its efficiency. Many defects during signing of the contracts of domestic construction practice are not eliminated still. Respectively, this subject does not lose relevance. The possibilities of the improvement of management of the contractual relations among the participants of construction production are considered in the article.
