Abstract

New integrated wireless and mobile networks are emerging to offer a wide range of services through heterogeneous networks anywhere at any time. The promotion towards these networks requires a user-centric approach which could enable users to control their terminal behavior in an efficient way. Each mobile terminal equipped with heterogeneous interfaces can access different network technologies and perform the corresponding services.
