Such results have embraced the specificities about the teaching work staff reinforcing the criticism towards the managerialism in education in the context of the Brazilian educational Counter Reformation context. In addition, questionnaires were completed by female teachers of Portuguese from a specific country in Minas Gerais state aiming at identifying their working routines. As a result, problems about the specificities of teachers work and the process of intensification to which they have been subordinated were gathered. Abstract
