Motivación laboral En alumnos de educación superior.

Abstract

ResumenLa presente investigación plantea aspectos sobre la relación entre la motivación laboral y el desempeño académico del estudiante. El objetivo de la investigación, es conocer si la motivación que tiene el alumno por mantener un trabajo, así como la que recibe en su área, influyen en el rendimiento escolar. Se realizó el estudio con los alumnos de la carrera de Administración de empresas, se aplicaron encuestas se presenta el análisis y los resultados de la investigación. De acuerdo a los resultados, los estudiantes de la Facultad de Administración y Contaduría de Piedras Negras consideran que la motivación laboral no influye en su rendimiento académico. AbstractThe present investigation raises aspects about the relationship between the work motivation and the academic performance of the student. The objective of the research is to know if the student's motivation to keep a job as well as the one he receives in his area, influence school performance. The study was conducted with the students of the Business Administration course, the surveys were applied, the analysis and the results of the research were presented. According to the results, the students of the Faculty of Administration and Accounting of Piedras Negras consider that the labor motivation does not influence in their academic performance.
