On this basis, the evaluation model of the links failure consequence and the link criticality recognition model were established. A small-sized road network enclosed by arterial roads, secondary roads and bypass in Xiao Shan District was selected as a case to identify the criticality of the road section. The Betweenness of the link was used as a comparative analysis indicator with the importance degree. Abstract

The identification of critical links is of great significance for the study of the structure and function of road networks and is also beneficial to corresponding traffic planning and management. 基于失效后果评估的关键环节识别
关键环节的识别对于路网结构和功能的研究具有重要意义,也有利于相应的交通规划和管理。本文从链路失效对整体性能的影响角度出发,研究了链路失效的概率以及链路退化后对路网拓扑和交通再分配的影响,评估了网络效率和出行时间的变化。通过主成分分析(PCA)计算两个指标的影响权重。在此基础上,建立了链路失效后果评价模型和链路临界识别模型。选取萧山地区一个由主干道、次级干道和绕行围合而成的小型路网作为案例,确定该路段的临界性。以环节间度作为重要程度的比较分析指标。结果表明,Betweenness值越大的环节重要性越高,验证了模型和算法的合理性和可靠性。
