This work considers questions of reliability apportionment between systems of a facility with the view to set the requirements for reliability of a power supply system. The study evaluates possibility of application of source data based on a priori reliability indexes of comparables in order to apportion the requirements. The study describes main stages of significance estimation of the systems of a facility using functional topological method that was adjusted by the authors to be applied to any complex system consisting of nonhomogeneous components. Abstract
