Failure to maintain regular monitoring of the drainage system results in the contamination of rainwater with drainage water, which spreads infectious diseases. This paper presents the implementation and design of a microcontroller-based drainage system for monitoring and maintaining the continuous movement of rainwater inside an underground drainage system remotely from a workstation. Using the Internet of Things (IoT), various parameters like water level, block detection, rainfall rate, etc. are monitored and stored on the cloud for analysis. The system also provides a forecast using Fisher's Rules.
